GDPR Notice

This notice explains how AdToro handles personal data for visitors, prospects, and business contacts who may be covered by the General Data Protection Regulation.

Scope

This GDPR Notice applies where personal data of individuals in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other GDPR-style jurisdictions is processed through the AdToro website, enquiry forms, CRM, email communication, or business development workflows.

AdToro primarily collects business contact and campaign enquiry data, but this may still be personal data when it identifies an individual.

Controller

For website enquiries and business development records, AdToro Performance Marketing Private Limited is generally the data controller. Contact details: info@ad-toro.com, +91 8263910229, The Lake District, Yewalewadi, Pune - 411048.

Categories of personal data

We may process name, work email, phone number, company name, role or business context, website URL, LinkedIn URL, service interest, media budget range, timeline, campaign details, source page, CRM status, comments, communication history, and website analytics data.

We do not intentionally request sensitive personal data through website forms. Users should avoid submitting special-category data or confidential third-party data unless specifically required and governed by a separate agreement.

Legal bases

Depending on the context, we may process personal data based on legitimate interests, consent, contract steps requested by the individual, legal obligations, or performance of an agreement. Legitimate interests may include responding to B2B enquiries, managing sales follow-up, improving services, securing the website, and measuring marketing performance.

Where consent is used for a specific purpose, users may withdraw consent by contacting AdToro. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

How personal data is used

Data may be used to respond to enquiries, schedule meetings, prepare proposals, qualify service requirements, maintain CRM records, assign leads, review campaign interest, analyze website performance, and send relevant business communication.

If an enquiry becomes a client engagement, additional processing terms may be defined in the relevant agreement, proposal, or data processing document.

International transfers

AdToro is based in India. Website hosting, analytics, CRM, email, or operational tools may process data in India or other countries depending on provider infrastructure. Where required, we aim to use appropriate safeguards through reputable service providers and contractual measures.

Data subject rights

Eligible individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent by contacting info@ad-toro.com. We may need to verify identity and context before fulfilling a request.

Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for enquiry response, business records, CRM history, service delivery, legal obligations, dispute prevention, analytics, and legitimate operational needs.

Complaints

If you believe your data rights have not been handled properly, you may contact AdToro first so we can review the request. You may also have the right to contact a relevant supervisory authority depending on your location.
